HELP WANTED!

Hello Geocachers!

Sunrise Corner Tourism has contacted the MBGA looking for a volunteer to lead two Geocaching sessions in the Eastman region this June. They plan to release 8-10 Geocaches at the second event as part of the weekend activities.

From you, our Geocachers, we are seeking someone who would be willing to participate and lead these events. If you are experienced with Geocaching but new to leading new people through discovering Geocaching, we can share our knowledge with you.

This is a great opportunity to find out what the Manitoba Geocaching has been up to for the past year and to find out what we are planning for the year ahead. We are also providing an opportunity for people to learn more about the amazing, GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife) tool.

I wanted to give you some shocking news. I've stepped down as president of Geocaching HQ (formerly known as Groundspeak, formerly known as Grounded, Inc.). I'm now Senior Vice President and Bryan Roth has taken the helm as president.

(Dauphin) Jabbywockyz Winter Olympics

Ever had the urge to compete in the Olympics? This is your chance to answer the call and compete for glory! Jabbywockyz present the first inaugural Winter Olympics live from Dauphin, Manitoba. Team up and face off against fellow geocachers in this event that is recommended for people of all ages. Battle for gold in a variety of different winter themed activities. Do you have what it takes to win some medals for your country?

Location and Time
The Olympics will be held in Vermillion Park on Sunday, February 19th(long weekend) in Dauphin, MB.

Event Wrap at the Midwinter Bash Supper with the Wildlings in Wildwood.

House Lannister has ordered a Wolf Hunt. Cersei demands the pelts of the Wolves be delivered to her at the great feast. Gather a hunting party to compete against other to see who can impress the Queen who sits on the Iron Throne.
