Looking for a fun hobby, or just something to do together as a family? GeoCaching turns treasure hunting into a high tech adventure using a GPS device to locate hidden “treasures”. Geocachers start with a weatherproof box, filled with a visitor log book and some kind of souvenir
GeoCaching - A Family Treasure Hunt
When: September 29, 2007 at 9:00 am to noon
Where: La Salle Community Center and La Barriere Park
Registration Fee: $20.00 or $25.00/family
Register by September 24th
Come dressed for the outdoors and prepare for some minor bushwhacking. GPS units available.
