Welcome, milesmac!
It would have killed me to see all those caches on the screen and not go to get them! You are a stronger person than I am.
Have fun.

Hello all!
Figured it was high time I log in on this site too. I was introduced to caching by my Dad who lives in Southern Ontario. He came out for a visit and took me out to show me what is was all about. I had expressed interest and put a GPS on my next couple of Christmas Lists as they were a bit out of my price range.
On a visit last September he came out and gave me his old Garmin eMap as he had upgraded. He gave me a run down and we walked about 40 metres from my apartment to a nearby cache so that I could log my first find on the GC site. (Old Post Office Park Cache) But after that, I had to put things on the back burner until this summer. Up to 38 thus far and having a blast, especially with the bushcrashing caches!
And tonight, I was all set to upgrade to a premium account and the GC site is acting up. |

Welcome to Geocaching!!
Once you get hooked there is no going back. You will constantly be wondering if "that is a good location for a cache". Next comes the fun of placing a cache.
Good Luck and and welcome to your next addiction. _________________ I can't go to Hell, I don't have the coordinates |

Hi all.
My name is Joel and I have been GC'ing for aboot a week now.
I have a really old Magellan Map330 that has seen better days (dropped it off a cliff while climbing in Lake Louise).
I have gotten my gf Tammy into Caching and some friends too!
Thanks for all the fun caches!
I hope to hide a few of my own too!
