I hear ya! Isn't that just crazy?
I was thinking of how annoying they must be too, as they block the aisles and refuse to move. I would imagine, as part of a group of geo cachers, that as this event is organized some careful consideration must be given as to location, and the type of activity involved, as it will draw attention to geocaching overall.
I suppose we must follow certain geo etiquette!
So I guess we can be fairly odd, but not overly annoying! That sounds like us doesn't it? |

I'd take place in a freeze mob ... but not with fishing equipment (for 2 reasons, I don't own any, and I don't believe in it). But other than that! I'm totally in. _________________ I use multi-billion dollar military satellite systems to find Tupperware in the forest. |

You got it T! That would be a good day!
The GPS idea is great! Hold it high, tracking the sattelites while we wear aluminum foil over our heads!
I need a life right along with ya! |

I will just have to be with y'all in spirit if it ends up being April 1.
I will be "fooling" around in Jamaica that day _________________ If I love geocaching, why am I on this danged computer? |

Might I make a suggestion than Dani?
How about, we all bring our bobbers and rods (that sounds good doesn't it?) and YOU get to be the catch of the day? No real harm will come to anyone or any fish, and you get to wear the mermaid suit!
Sorry...couldn't resist! And I KNOW you would find it a tempting idea! |

OR Dani...We could be the frozen fishing freaks, and you be one lone protester, frozen in place with your sign!
It's all so ridiculous, it could work!
PM for you

I could be sitting in a lawn chair with a "Give Peas a Chance!" sign ...
I'm pretty sure the city of Winnipeg is not ready to see me in a mermaid costume.... _________________ I use multi-billion dollar military satellite systems to find Tupperware in the forest. |

The freeze idea is a really good one. I'm sure you master minds of the MBGA will come up with a great idea related to same. Since the very one who brought this great idea forth is not going to be available on the 1st of April, I hope we can consider a different date. Besides, although it is a day associated with the foolish, it is also a day when everyone would expect such a thing.
I find, the best time to be a fool, is on every other day of the year when people would generally expect much more of me!
I think...
Take now for instance...

I got my laugh for the evening *B-fly* !!!
If this event comes about, have it any time. April 1st is a good date, really... if I miss it, well, there will be others, I'm sure _________________ If I love geocaching, why am I on this danged computer? |

Just wanted to let people know that they don't have to wait for the MBGA to mount any event. You can have your own event. However, you may want to bounce the date off of the MBGA Event Guru (T) to see if the date is already taken. _________________ I use multi-billion dollar military satellite systems to find Tupperware in the forest. |
