Hi,
I just found this website. Interesting stuff!
I'm involved with a volunteer community group in Thompson - Spirit Way
Inc. We've been raising money and building a major tourism attraction and community pride project over the past 4 years.
See www.thompsonspiritway.ca
We will launch a province wide Wolves to Whales campaign next month from The Forks, Wpg. Part of that will be a fun GPS event in 3 cities - Winnipeg, Thompson and Churchill. The campaign should increase awareness of geocaching and GPS events and heighten the fun and family aspect.
However, we are rookies at geocaching and need a bit of help to
a) get some coordinates in Winnipeg.
b) and to get some advice how to set this event up properly.
Time is very tight. Could someone from the MGA Board please contact me? I can call you back to discuss.
We really appreciate any help you can provide. |

If you post the specific places in winnipeg you need coordinates for, I'm sure at least one person on the board will be able to give coords.
Or if you're trying to y'know... not give away the coords to everyone, and just try to get one person to be on the inside, I'd still need more information to see if I can get it done between work/etc. Could you let us know what area of the city it's in? How many points are needed? What's all involved here? _________________ Ia Numtaru, ia Lammia, ia Asaku, ia Pazuzu.
