MBGA Chili / Cookie Cookoff and AGM

Please post a Will Attend if you plan on coming out.

The evening will start with a Chili / Cookie Cook-off supper followed by the MBGA AGM. The AGM will include a short meeting to review the MBGA's efforts over the past year, a discussion of plans for the upcoming year and election of new board members.

Bring the geo-kids along too as the church hall has a nice mezzanine level with all sorts of toys to keep the kids entertained.

There’s even a possibility our cache approver, onecrazycanadian will be in attendance!

Landsharkz will have a display of their products for sale.

Election Information:

If you’d like to serve on the MBGA board of directors, a call for nominations will be put out 30 days prior to the Mar 21 election.

The election is governed by the MBGA Bylaws

If a member would like to propose an amendment to the bylaws, please e-mail president@mbgeocaching.ca at least 30 days prior to the Mar 21 election.
