The MBGA is now registered as a not for profit corporation. This was done for several reasons:

* To make the organization more credible to funding sources
* To limit board director liability
* To improve insurance options for future large events

A strong membership and reliable volunteer base have allowed the MBGA to grow into a solid organization. Thanks to all the MBGA members for making the MBGA the great club it is today!
