This is a pretty unfortunate name
GCW5KJ is located in that park, and it looks like dogs are allowed in there. Maybe that's what gives it the name?

Something tells me that someone editted Google maps to put that there. According to Mapsource, it's a totally different name. Albeit, probably not as meaningful.
