This is part of an international multi-event taking place on 10-10-10! (See the Events Calendar and browse to October 10th). Manitoba is only one of the locations acround the world holding an event on this date!
When: Sunday, October 10, 2010
Where: Tentatively at the Elephant & Castle (awaiting confirmation)
Time: TBA (Keep checking event page)
As this is part of a global event, there are also geocoins being created. We have been lucky to acquire two separate designs for our coins, which we are sharing with Hawaii (Green coin) and Portugal (Red coin). We will only have 50 Green coins and 40 Red coins available. Due to the limited quantity, if you want one of the coins, you must stake your claim when you log your "Will Attend" for the event!!! The coins will be allocated on a first-log, first-claim basis.

Who is making the geocoins for the 10-10-10 Event?
I am thinking of doing this event in Nova Scotia and would like to get some coins for it |

Oak Coins. We didn't get our order in until it was very late, that's why we're sharing with two other locations. I would contact them ASAP if you'd like to order some.

We've been alloted 90 coins for this event, almost 50% have now been claimed. If you want a coin, don't forget to pre-order them on the cache page!!. Only pre-orders are guaranteed a coin. Please refer to the cache page for the rules.
