Is there an easy way to find winter friendly caches? I have never cached in the winter although I have thought about it! My cousin is coming in from Australia next week and was asking if she would be able to geocache while here.

Just search around and read up on the caches looking for clues if you will be able to find it.
The "Winter Accessible" (snowflake) attribute is a good place to start. The size of the cache might also factor in. Also look for recent logs after the snow has fallen and read through the remainder of the logs to get an idea of how difficult it may be to find. |

| Like ertyu said; if its been found [or placed] recently it can be found in the winter. Pretty well all the caches placed in the last few weeks are findable. |

| Or do a pocket query and look for caches that only have the winter friendly attribute listed. There is a couple hundred winter friendly caches in Winnipeg |
