Hi Everyone,
I was cleaning up today and found my 2 old GPSr's.
I was wondering where I could recycle them, or if anyone needed them for parts.
The first is a Garmin Vista C. I don't believe it works.
The second is a Garmin Vista HCx. It works, but it's been a while since I turned it on. If I remember correctly, I bought a new one because the signal on this one was out by 50-75m, which is ok for some navigation purposes, but not for geocaching.
Some help in what I can do with these would be great.

Perhaps a donation to the MBGA as another training device? We have a few techies that might be able figure out the 50-75m out bug and then we could make effective use out of it.

| I'd guess the position error is just a datum issue, flip it over to wgs84 and I bet it will be back to normal. |

Any one of us from the Board can accept it and then pass it on to our training coordinator. Are you planning to come to the pub night event on the 29th?
