I have a very sad announcement to make. Our good geocaching friends, NovaToba (formerly PilotMounders), lost their young daughter, Kelsey. She was in a skiing accident last Thursday. Kelsey cached under the name Keber.
My heart is breaking for Heather and Chris as I write this. Please say a prayer for them, their daughter Jenna, and, of course, for Kelsey.
Kelsey's funeral will be on Saturday, March 14th. I have no information as to time or place. Once I hear, I will post in in this thread. _________________ I use multi-billion dollar military satellite systems to find Tupperware in the forest. |

As per dani_carriere's Facebook post, Kelsey's celebration of life will take place at Kin Hall (237 Broadway), in Pilot Mound at 2:00 PM this Saturday. I will be making the drive to Pilot Mound after the Pi Day event in Winnipeg. I invite anyone who feels so inclined (and is available) to join me. I can take three passengers in my car. I picture us getting back to Winnipeg sometime after 7:00. |

A big thank you to Stonagal, dani_carriere, MordenBirders, 1stMordenguiders, Old Guys21 & Pika78 for attending KeBeR's funeral service Saturday. If you attended & I didn't mention you please don't be offended as I only mentioned those I saw & whose names I recognized from the guest book. I wish I had had more time to spend with you, but as you saw there was a large attendance. I'm truly grateful Stonagal for bringing my coins to me.
A huge thank you to everyone that attended the Pi event & signed the card & sent it along. KeBeR & I always try to promote our obsession in our area & when we're out caching. I'm thankful to be part of a great association.
Kindest Regards,
