I've just had two caches in northwestern Ontario published, but they're not in Manitoba and won't show up on most searches even though Winnipeg is the closest major centre...
* / ***** Like a Troubled Bridge over Water (GCXRN9)
* / ***** Little Scovil. Little Culvert. (GCXRNA)
The caches are about a 20-30 minute drive past Kenora, and requre a 2-3 hour (each way) canoe trip to reach. Little Scovil is about a 2 hour (total) side trip from the route to Troubled Bridge. You could probably do them in a day trip, but it would be a long day. It makes a nice overnight trip, though.
