Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has taken the time to create a GPX/LOC/whatever file listing of the Geodetic Survey Division stations available in Manitoba? If so, where can I find it? Look here for more info: www.geod.nrcan.gc.ca
Thanks. |

I have a number of survey points from the site you mentioned for the Winnipeg area but I have not downloaded everything. You might want to use http://www.geobase.ca instead.
Look under the drop down menu under 'Data' (top left) and select geodetic network. The system will email you a file as a ESRI shape file or GML file. There are a bunch of utilities that will convert .SHP files to a format that can be transfered to your GPS. I am not sure if GSAK will read shape files, I use GPS Utility to do this work. |
