The MBGA is in the process of creating a set of Bylaws for the Association.

A draft version of the bylaws is available for review.

We welcome all members to review the draft and to make suggestions, revisions or corrections. These can be made by contacting the secretary (email: secretary AT mbgeocaching.ca) or the president (email: president AT mbgeocaching.ca).

The draft has been updated with some revisions following the recent committee meeting.

Most of the edits were minor - one item moved from section 13 to 3, one moved from 13 to 14 and a couple of points deleted from 13 that were repeated elsewhere. The affected references were also updated.

A couple of changes of note are we upped the maximum board members from 10 to 12. Also, the number of days before the new board must call a meeting was upped from 15 to 30.

One last version of the bylaws have been posted.
The two revisions are to 3.D.2 and 18.B
