Come on out with the family and help us celebrate an event that only happens once every 4 years: Leap Year! At the same time, let's celebrate the end of a very successful Blizzard hiding event!

LEAPing Out of the Blizzard!

Time: February 29, 2008 starting at 6:00 pm

Where: N 49° 52.405 W 097° 13.937 (Assiniboine Park)

Weather permitting, we will start the evening out at the above co-ords on Feb 29, 2008 at 6 pm for some outdoor fun! Skating, sledding and caches are nearby along with a heated warm up shack for those cold tootsies! If it is any colder than -25 (including the windchill), the outdoor portion of the evening will be cancelled. Please add this listing to your watchlist for updates!

At around 7 pm or so, people can adjourn to: N49 52.057 W097 12.790 at 2025 Corydon Avenue for some hot coffee, hot chocolate, a Nip, a Winnie, hot soup and some good company and cache chat! The back area has been reserved for us. Please post a note if you plan to attend.

Make sure to log a "Will Attend" then on the gc.com listing.
