Hi,
I'm working with the Ashern Chamber of Commerce to plan an event for this summer, probably July. And I'm looking for suggestions/ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks |

| I'm in for a geocaching event in Ashern too. So many new caches up there in the past year - who could resist? |

Earlier in the month of July would be better for me. Can't geocache when the Fringe festival is on! That would be sacrilege! _________________ I use multi-billion dollar military satellite systems to find Tupperware in the forest. |

This likely won't work for summer, but I mentioned it to T at one point. I think a geo event at the "Amazin' Corn" site would be cool. We could get permission to stash caches all over the place ahead of time. Just micros likely. And then race through the corn maze. They have a nice outdoor bonfire pit and area to barbeque and hang out! It's a neat place and hosts large groups. Might even allow a few brews as well! Just a thought. But this would work best in Mid to late September when the corn is growing tall and bushy.
But I'm open for summer events too! I'm even looking to hang out with some cacher's now! I seriously need to bump up my numbers and solve this mystery of poor Gnathan! I am innocent I tell you!
But to stay on topic,an Ashern event would be fun! As previously suggested..."if you build it, they will come!!!!" |

| We would definitely be up for an event in Ashern. We spend all our weekends at Laurentia Beach in St Laurent, so the distance is not bad to travel. We would love to help out if needed. |

| We would like to attend a geocaching event in Ashern. I see that it's a geocaching Poker Derby and will check back for more details. |

Hi,
Just letting everyone know "Cache My Ashern" is happening this weekend, July 19, in Ashern. Everyones welcome. We've arranged free camping for the Friday night if people want to come out early, and do some caches. We'll have tents set up for a group meeting spot and we'll also be running a short workshop if there are any local people want to know more about geocaching. Hope to see you there,
