I found that you can now download Trans Canada Trail maps in GPX, KML or PDF for sections or provinces at a time.

Click on "Map/GPS Download" on the right side.

I was planning to load the whole province onto my GPSr, but my 60csx has a limit of 20 tracks of 500 points each. The TCT for MB is 49 tracks of over 6000 total points, so it needs some work to massage and reduce it.
