At the 2010 MBGA AGM held at the Fort Garry United Church on March 20th, the Board of Directors was retired and a new Board voted in by members in attendance. There were nine nominations received for the twelve Board positions. A call for nominations from the floor was made. One nomination was received but declined. As quorum was met, a motion to accept the nominations was made and seconded and the nine nominees were elected to the Board by show of hands.

Villiam (William)
Wagonmaker (Wayne)

ertyu (Steven), HoggerJeff & the Piglets (Jeff), JayPeg (Jayson), junglehair (Sandra) and Géocacheurs Tourisme Riel (Carmène) did not seek reelection so please join me in thanking them for their contributions to the Board. I also did not seek reelection to the board.
New to the 2010 Board are Crackerjackie (Esther), Tuppergurl (April), Villiam (William) and Wagonmaker (Wayne). Thanks for joining the board!
The new Board will call a meeting shortly where the Board will choose its officers and identify Directors to fill the remaining roles.
