As per one of the recently proposed changes to location of documentation, here is the public link to the meeting minutes, stored on Google Drive. As of this post, there are only two files present, the AGM and the follow up to the AGM. Future meetings will be added regularly. Past meetings will follow as time permits, they need to be accessed and exported to PDF.
