In order to comply with our bylaws, our annual AGM needs to be announced with more than 60 days notice. We will hold this meeting on the weekend of April 9/10 or later, but no later than May 31st. Details are still coming and the exact date needs to be locked in depending on venue availability.

The 2011 Manitoba Geocaching Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held:

It appears that last year's cook-off was a smashing success and we may continue that trend; so get your best recipes dusted off and your wooden spoons seasoned.

Following the meal will be the MBGA AGM. The AGM will include a short meeting to review the MBGA's efforts over the past year, a discussion of plans for the upcoming year and election of new board members.

Bring the geo-kids along too as the church hall has a nice mezzanine level with all sorts of toys to keep the kids entertained.

Election Information:

If you’d like to serve on the MBGA board of directors, a call for nominations will be put out 30 days or more prior to the election.

The election is governed by the MBGA Bylaws

If a member would like to propose an amendment to the bylaws, please e-mail president@mbgeocaching.ca at least 30 days prior to the election.
