Does anybody know a way, if possible, to mark waypoints on gc.com's map?
Basically I want to be able to add all my solved puzzles to the map so I can "try" to plan a route. |

| You would have to build your own map. So you would probably want some tool to alter the co-ordinates of the puzzles in a gpx file and then another tool to plot them on a map. I would typically do this with gsak and mapsource. |

| You might want to also check out some browser extensions that basically add features to geocaching.com. For example, Chrome has an extension called CacheList, that allows you to create a list of caches you want to visit and view/print them from a map (you might even be able to add solved coordinates). Other browsers like Explorer and Firefox probably have similar ones. |

Thank you!
And thanks to both of you for putting examples, I'm a little computer illiterate as you probably noticed.
I'm probably going to have many questions when I try to figure these out tomorrow. |

I tried both ways, got confused with one and the other one only converted things into a gpx file.
But I did find something great and simple, after much random googling [ ]
You can take everything in your gps and drag it onto google earth, haven't quite figured out exactly what I did yet.
Thank you so much, again, I really do appreciate it! |

| Well, the half did it. The updated coords don't come up in your pocket queries so don't be fooled when you download your caches as pocket queries and there are no updated coords or child waypoints with updated coords. |

Yeah I just discovered that, they don't even show up on the beta map... only on the cache page map.
Oh well, at least they kind of tried! |

| A child waypoint is a waypoint that has been associated with a geocache such as parking coordinates, a stage of a multi, etc. |

I just discovered that it will move the location in your gps if you send it manually.
Not ideal for planning routes but at least now I don't have to constantly change back and forth between settings to review the description on my unit while looking. |
