Fee schedule will be: $25/month or $240/year for Ads on the website. Inkind trade will be considered on a case by case basis using the fee schedule for guidance of value.

Geoventure 2010 Mega event

Website issues are hammered out. Content is to come. Once web page goes up, marketing in the forums of other associations will start Funding request is in, no answer yet.

Geocoin

We need to decide what to order. 400 of the nickel and 100 of the gold. Presales to be done through the website. Cash Cheque or moneyorder.

Motion to make the coin cost $10 for both silver and gold. Dani

Gold coins will be limited 5 per person.

Directors Items

• Beausejour geocaching has been rescheduled for March 6th. They have an event on Feb 15th. Do we want to be involved with Louis Riel day in Beausejour? Decision was not to be involved.
• Date on the financial statement should read November 21st. Budget was discussed.
• Operation Battlecache hit entry #700 today.
• MEC was the most successful one yet and they did some great presentations

Next meeting will be on January 12th, 2010

As of November 22, 2009, there are currently 450 registered members, 421 are Manitoba residents. A net gain of 2 and 3 members respectively, since October 28.

  The MBGA Holiday Party will take place at Fort Garry United Church again this year. Event listing has been posted (GC20KJ3).

• MBGA Club Nite/Pub Nite – November 21, 2009
  Club night at Mountain Equipment Co-op was well attended with 12 geocachers. Roughly 20 people were in attendance for the Pub Night at Elephant & Castle. Gord from Morris won the MBGA Pub Mug.
